Terms of Use Agreement
By using this tool, you agree to the following terms:
Customers must be registered for the customer portal before proceeding with the form.
Customers must attach a receipt of the leak repair with the form submission.
The leak must be repaired within two weeks of detection.
The maximum adjustment amount is $200, and it can only be requested once every three years.
Submitting the form does not guarantee an adjustment.
Customer account must be active for at least 12 months.
Adjustments are only applicable to residential accounts.

The following process must be completed and submitted to the water utility within 60-days of the leak to be eligible for a leak adjustment
