HomeMy WebLinkAboutProperty - Acceptance of Streets - 904 QS 95 Accepting Streets Within North Quail Springs Place Within the Copper Springs Estates Subd 11000 N LA CANAD' MPTL RESOLUTION (R) 95- 55 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF ORO VALLEY, ARIZONA, ACCEPTING OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE INTO THE PUBLIC ROAD AND STREET SYSTEM NORTH QUAIL SPRINGS PLACE WITHIN THE COPPER SPRINGS ESTATES SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, the Town Engineer has inspected the roadway and recommends acceptance upon performance of certain items, and; WHEREAS, the Copper Springs Estates Homeowners Association has performed the items stipulated bythe Town Engineer and in accordance with the Oro Valley Town Code, and; p WHEREAS, it is mutually beneficial to the Town and residents of Copper Springs Estates for the streets be maintained by the public. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF ORO VALLEY, ARIZONA, THAT the Town does hereby accept into the public street system North Quail Springs Place within the Copper Springs Estates subdivision.
