Chairman Swope called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM

1. ANNUAL SPRING TRAINING SESSION FOR COMMISSION DISCUSSION OF
PROCEDURES, OPEN MEETING LAW AND RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
OF THE COMMISSION
Matt Michels, Senior Planner opened with an overview of the training.
Joe Andrews, Chief Civil Deputy Attorney, presented the following:

- Ex-Parte Contacts
- Conflict of Interest
- Applicant's Communication with Advisory Board

Procedures and Conduct:

- The Commissioners Role in Initiating Actions

ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: A motion was made by Commissioner Rodman and seconded by
Commissioner Leedy to adjourn the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting at 8:01
PM.
MOTION carried, 5-0.
