Discussion of a potential water conservation volunteer program a. Discussed possible tasks that volunteers could perform b. Discussed the potential screening process and the need to create a description of duties 2. Discussion of the Drought Response Plan Criteria a. Reviewed where the climate data comes from and the need for standardization b. Discussed the criteria specified in the plan and the potential for clarifying and enhancing the criteria 3.
