Discussion of the following items, no legal action taken:
1. Refunding of the Series 2003 Senior Lien Water Project Revenue Bonds—
discussion and/or Possible Action
a. Discussion on the existing interest rates and the projected interest rates.
b. Discussion on the costs associated with refunding the bonds.
c. Discussion on the principal balance to be refunded.
d. Discussion on the projected savings that will be realized by refunding the bonds.
