Attached is a list of 4tsjnames of individuals
who have filed notarized letters with your Clerk,
Elsa Hanna, requesting that their names be removed
from the disincorporation petitions.
According to an April 10, 1975 Town of Oro
Valley voter registration list obtained from the
Pima County Board of Supervisors Office of the
r ,
Election Bureau, there were 668 registered voters
in the Town at that time.

The above - namep combined with the 287
individuals whose names appear on the voter registration
list but did not sign disincarperation petitions, adds
to a total of 359 Qualified Electors residing in the
Town of Oro Valley who favor the continued incorporation
of the Town. These 359 voters represeAt 534% of the
total qualified electors. Clearly, a majority of the
people favor the continued existence of the Town of Oro
Valley.
