Calle Concordia Tucson, Arizona Born December 29, 1928, in Dodge City, Kansas. He received his B.S. (C.E. ) and M.S. (C.E. ) degrees from University of Colorado. He joined University of Arizona faculty in September, 1958, and currently is a Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer and is a mem- ber of the American Society of Civil Engineers , National Society of Professional Engineers , and American Concrete Institute. He served from 1963 to 1970 as Chairman of National Committee for the American Concrete Institute and the Highway Research Board.
