We the undersigned want the Town of Oro Valley to investigate the possibility of contracting with a commercial Cable Television
company to supply better television reception and more channels for residents of this area.
I understand many other communities in the state— Flagstaff,Bisbee,Rio Rico,etc. —have cable television,and get sharp,bright
pictures with better color,and as many as nine or ten channels.For instance,cable TV in the town of Oro Valley could bring us channels
from Phoenix and perhaps Los Angeles or San Diego.
I also understand that by signing this petition I am not obligating myself to subscribe to such a cable TV service if the town council
does contract for it; that it will simply be available in the area if I want to take advantage of it.
