THAT IS THE ISSUE !
61% of the registered voters in this area have signed the petition
to disincorporate the Town of Oro Valley. We now need their vote. A
vote for the following candidates for town council is a vote to return
to unincorporated status.

If you believe in majority rule, if you agree that unnecessary
duplication in government results in unnecessary additional taxes,
coma and vote for these candidate:,; on August 14th at C. D. 0. High
School. (polls open 6:00 A. Ni, to 7:00 P. M.) We must say at the
polls that which is indicated on the petition. "We, the majority,
do not want to live in a town. Wedo not want higher taxes. We
prefer the less complicated and less expensive county life style."
These candidates have volunteered to serve as a trustee council,
to protect the citizens interests while the disincorporation movement
is brought to a successful conclusion and the towns debts are liquidated.
To do that, they must be elected.
