2. Authorization letters from property owner of lots 18 and 19

5. Check in the amount of $515 to cover review fees

To Whom it May Concern:
I am the owner/developer of Lots 18 and 19 in the Catalina Ridge Subdivision (a.k.a.
Rivers Edge/Canada Del Oro Estates) and approve of the modification of the 50-foot
drainage easement that lies on either side of the property line shared by Lots 18 and 19.
We understand that this modification will reduce the width of the easement from 50 feet
to 20 feet, with the southern portion of Lot 18 retaining a 25 foot easement (as shown on
the exhibits included in this submittal package).

as a drainage easements as shown on the plat for Rivers Edge/Canada Del Oro Estates, recorded in the
County Recorder's Office, Pima County, Arizona in Book 62 of Maps, Page 37; on, under and across the
real estate situated in the Town of Oro Valley, County of Pima, State of Arizona and as submitted to the

That portion of Lot 18 of the Final Plat of Rivers Edge/Canada Del Oro Estates, Lots 1-45 and
Common Areas "A" and "B", recorded in Book 62 of Maps and Plats, Page 37, within the East
Half (E 1/2) of Section 12, Township 12 South, Range 13 East, Gila and Salt River Meridian,
Town of Oro Valley, Pima County, Arizona, lying easterly of the following described line:
BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of said Lot 18;
THENCE N 30033'59" W, along the westerly line of said a distance of 29.88 feet to a point on a
line which is 25.00 feet westerly of and parallel with the easterly line of said lot;
THENCE N 26014'03" E, along said parallel line a distance of 73.92 feet;
