I have been requested by Mark Lawson of Telexis Inc. to approve the names "Parker
Point Place" and "Lauren Ashley Place" for two unnamed cul-de-sacs within the
jurisdiction of Oro Valley.
These two cul-de-sacs are located in Canada Del Oro Estates, recorded in Book 12, Page
15. The proposed "Parker Point Place" has three undeveloped affected lots (lots 5,6,8)
and the proposed "Lauren Ashley Place" has four undeveloped affected lots (lots
20,21,23,24). James S. Campbell, Trustee of The Megas Inc Profit Sharing Plan and
Trust, owns all lots.
The proposed names have been approved by Pima County Addressing and have been
reserved for their use.

MINOR PLAT CHANGE
James S. Campbell, Trustee of the Megas Inc. Profit Sharing Plan and Trust, sole owners of
the affected lots in Canada Del Oro Estates, Book 12, Page 15, Sheet 1, has requested to
name two previously unnamed cul-de-sacs. The affected lots are currently undeveloped.
Pima County addressing has approved "Lauren Ashley Place" and "Parker Point Place" as
the new street names. The street name change is hereby approved by the Town of Oro
Valley's Planning and Zoning department.
