Thank you for submitting a Minor Plat Amendment for Lot 389 in the Stone Canyon VI subdivision. The
submitted drawing proposes to trade a 1,035 sq. ft. buildable area (i.e. "give') for 1,027 sq. ft. non -
buildable area (i.e. "take'). Based on your submittal, staff offers the following comments to be
addressed in a revised application.
1. The Planning Staff does not have any objections to the quality of the proposed trade areas.
