An inspection of this subdivision site was conducted on March 17, 2009; the following is a list of deficiencies that must be addressed prior to the Town releasing or reducing any further amount of the bond. The remaining 25% of the bond will be held until completion of the project; then 10% of the original amount will be held for one year to ensure viability of all vegetation. List of deficiencies: Landscape plan # L3 % a'��/ ,4 • Per common area "B", this area has been modified per the plans submitted. Re- submit revised details showing all changes. • Indicate trail access as called out in plans. Show signage. • Remove bail / swaddle in drainage way. • At the southeast corner of the park, near the drainage way, there appears to be some erosion. • Walking path and fencing not installed per plan.
