Based upon emailed drawings of the proposed signs, the applicant can either revise the Rooney Ranch PAD; or Submitt for PAD Exemption and Master Sign Program. Bayer recommended that we have them submit for a pre-' app with the DRB sub -committee on signs. This means opening up an OV3 file without fees. realize that this is unusual, but it does seem senseable.
