These new offerings will aim to satisfy a demand for high -quality, low - maintenance living in the beautiful Rancho Vistoso area of the Oro Valley. The Patio Homes Collection will include six, single level home plans ranging from 1778 square feet to 2174 square feet. These attached unit plans will share a common wall(s), creating a cluster or grouping of homes. These groupings will range in size from two units up to a maximum of six units. The collection will be composed of three interior home plans and three end unit home plans. This diverse collection of interior and end units creates a large amount of variation within the product line, and will allow for interchangeable floor plans rather than predetermined configurations.
