Call to Order Meeting called to order at 4:05 pm 2. Review and Approval of August 12 PAC Meeting Summary No action taken. Minutes were not provided. 3. Discussion of Remaining Schedule It was confirmed that one more PAC meeting would be necessary. Public hearings will be on November 8 (Planning & Zoning Commission) and Town Council (December 1). 1 „.. - +� 4. Overview of Public Outreach Efforts Bayer Vella provided an overview of meetings with SAHBA, MPA, and individual developers. PAC reviewed and discussed a list of key remaining issues. 5. Review of the September 30, 2010 Draft ESL Bayer Vella provided a list of substantive changes made since the July 2 draft ESL. The changes were derived via public outreach efforts and staff edits aimed at clarifying language. Bill Adler asserted that the PAC's work is now finished. We have already debated the issues—and reached majority agreement. PAC should not attempt to go back and rehash issues. Steve Solomon and Doug McKee requested additional review of the following issues: • Assignment of Environmentally Sensitive Open Space maintenance cost • Need to offset cost of restoring ESL areas • Size and application of trample zones or buffers to Environmentally Sensitive Open Space • General discussion regarding economic impacts and community design There was consensus that each bullet item would be discussed in greater detail at the next PAC meeting. 6.
