The Existing WTF does and will continue not to have any impact to vehicular or pedestrian pattern (parking); it does and will not utilize any connections to any water or sewer system or refuse collection. The Existing and Proposed equipment does and will not emit any odor, dust, gas, noise, vibration,smoke, heat or glare. Zonin: & Land Uses of the Sub'ect Parcel &Ad'acent Pro.ert The Existing WTF is situated off Oracle Road, on East El Conquistador Way, and is located the roof of the Hilton Conquistador Resort Hotel. The WTF is owned by HSL EL Conquistador LLC. Surrounding Land Uses: The Land Uses of the adjacent parcels is predominantly commercial and residential to the North, East, South, and West.
