The Mylars are signed and available for pick-up from the Community and Economic Development Department (11000 N. La Canada Drive). Please process them with Pima County Addressing for annotation. Upon completion, please return the original Mylars, along with a completed PDF copy of the approved plan to the Town. If you have any questions, please not hesitate to contact me. We look forward to assisting you through the review process. Based on your submittal, staff offers the following comments to be addressed in a revised submittal. 1. Per Section 27.6.D.3.g. the annual water use for the project (27,630 gal) should not exceed the annual Landscape Water Plan (as provided, 11, 682 gal). Revise the Landscape Water Plan and associated Irrigation Control Schedule accordingly. SUMMARY: Again, thank you for resubmitting a Plant Mitigation Plan for Kinder Care.
