The Town of Oro Valley Permitting Division has completed the second engineering review
of the Final Landscape Plan for San Dorado Shops B. This Final Landscape Plan has
been reviewed with no comments and is now approved by Engineering.

RE: First Review: Final Landscape & Irrigation Plans for San Dorado Shops B and C,
located within the Oro Valley Town Centre at Rooney Ranch PAD, on the east side of
Oracle Road and First Avenue, OV1212-08A & B.
1. Provide a Landscape Water Plan prepared in accordance with Zoning Code Section 27.6.D.3,
including calculations of the monthly and annual water use for all plant materials at
maturity stage and an irrigation reduction plan.
Laskin: Sheet LA. 07 is the added Water Plan sheet, accompanied by a 11 x 17 Excel
Sheet.
2. Add an acceptance block for the Planning & Zoning Administrator to Sheet 1
Laskin: A 'Approval Block' has been added to Sheet LA.01
3. Add title "Final Landscape and Irrigation Plan" to all sheets.

4. Add the Oro Valley Case # to all sheets (Shops B = OV1212-08A; Shops C = OV1212-08B).

information on Sheet 1.

8. Provide names of adjacent subdivisions and developments on the Location Map.
Laskin: the adjacent subdivision information has been added to the 'Key Plan'.
9. Provide additional details regarding the pots to be used (dimensions, color, etc). A color
photo of the proposed pots is acceptable.
Laskin: A dimensioned pot detail and color chip has been added to sheet LA.04
10. Note that Gooding Verbena is a Type 3-4 water use plant and is only permitted to be planted
within courtyards or on north or east building elevations (per Zoning Code Section
27.6.C.3 and Addendum "C", Table C-4). Please amend plans to conform to this
requirement.

11. Please note that a landscape irrigation audit performed by a Town -approved certified
landscape irrigation auditor is required prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy
(per Zoning Code Section 27.6.E.2.a). Also, annual assessment of the irrigation meter(s)
shall be conducted by the Oro Valley Water Utility to assess compliance with the
Landscape Water Plan (per Zoning Code Section 27.6.E.2.b).
Laskin: Sheet LA.07 is the added Water Plan sheet, accompanied by a 11 x 17 Excel
Sheet
12. Provide additional information regarding "Dalea capilata" (Sierra Gold) as it is not specified
within Addendum C and must be approved by the Planning & Zoning Administrator.
Please refer to Zoning Code Section 27.6.C.3.c.i to v for specific criteria that must be
met.
