Description of the Existing Wireless Telecommunications Facility
This application is for a modification to a Sprint's Existing Array located on an Existing 43' Roof -top
Site (herein after referred to as the Existing WTF).
The Existing WTF does and will continue not to have any impact to vehicular or pedestrian pattern
(parking); it does and will not utilize any connections to any water or sewer system or refuse
col a ion. The Existing and Proposed equipment does and-wiii not emit any odor, dust, gas, noise,
vibration, smoke, heat or glare.
Zoning & Land Uses of the Subiect Parcel & Adjacent Property
The Existing WTF is situated off of La Canada Drive and on the roof of the Canada Hills Golf Course
Clubhouse.
The WTF is owned by Town of Oro Valley.
Surrounding Land Uses:
The Land Uses of the adjacent parcels is predominantly commercial and residential to the North, East,
South, and West.
Sprint's Antenna Array
➢ Purpose of Modification
The proposed modification will handle the additional demand for wireless data and voice
service for the surrounding area- particularly for residents, businesses, and emergency
personnel; furthermore, the new antennas and equipment at this site will incorporate the new
E-911 call tracking requirement by the FCC.
➢ Sprint's Existing Arrav: Sprint's Existing Array is comprised of the following:
(3) Sprint Antennas mounted within an existing Stealth Screen at 32'
(3) RRH's mounted to wall
(3) 1-1/4" Hybriflex Cables
Remove (12) 7/8" Coax Lines
➢ Sprint's Scope of Work: Permit will cover the following work to be completed:
Install (6) New Antennas, (2) Per Sector
Install (9) New RRH's, (3) Per Sector
Install (51) %:" Coax Lines
➢ Sprint's Proposed Array: Sprint's Proposed Array shall be comprised of the following:
(9) Antennas, (3) Per Sector within an existing Stealth Screen at 32'
(12) RRH's, (4) Per Sector
(51)1/2" Coax Lines
Sprint's Compound: Ground Equipment - -
There will be no change to the size or dimension to the Existing Permanent Shelter as demonstrated on
the Enlarged Site Plan on Sheet Al and the Equipment Plan on Sheet A2 of the Drawings; a photo of the
Permanent Shelter is located on Exhibit "A"
Access to the Antenna's and Sprint's Compound is and will continue to be limited to Authorized
Personnel only.
Conclusion: No Substantial Change -
Sprints -Proposed Modification under this application, as described -above -and supplemented by the
Drawings, will not Substantially Change the physical dimensions of the Existing WTF — as summarized
below:
No Change to the Centerline of 32'
No Increase in the Height of the Tower —Remain at 43'

Thank you for submitting a Tier 1 Communication Facility application to modify an existing cell site located
at the Canada Hills Golf Course. As proposed, the additional appurtenances are fully screened by the
existing chimney, making the new equipment indiscernible. As such, the aforementioned application has
been administratively approved.
