As part of this submittal, the applicant has provided a letter of approval from the Rancho Vistoso Homeowner's Association (HOA), dated November 21, 2007. The revisions include the removal of select screen walls (three and one-half (3 %2) feet in height) on the north, south, and west property lines. These walls are proposed to be replaced with three and one-half (3 %) foot high landscaped earth berms and additional landscaping (review the attached revised landscape plan). The proposed revisions meet code and staff supports this request. The Development Review Board voted to deny this -request on June 4, 2007, as the applicant had not received approval from the Rancho Vistoso Homeowner's Association.
