In reference to the conditions and questions that you presented in your email on April 19th, we have prepared the itemized estimate for the assurance in order to do the salvage work. We would like you to review the estimate for approval so that we can begin the work to prepare the bond for the assurance. Do you have a specific form for the bond or sample that you would like us to follow in preparing that? Please let me know. I am also attaching a PDF exhibit showing the limits for where the salvaging will be taking place. These limits are currently being staked and we will provide yellow rope and t-posts along the outer limits to delineate the salvage area. We would like to set up a time to be able to walk these limits with your inspector. We will be utilizing a backhoe, front end loader, and cacti moving equipment during the salvage. All trees, saguaro's and cacti will be moved to the nursery. We acknowledge that all other material must remain in place until the grading permit is issued. I have received the Save -A -Plant information from Matt Michaels and will coordinate with him on this for the project. Please let me know if you need any additional information. We would love to get moving forward with this as soon as possible. Thank you and hope you had a great vacation in Hawaii. Sam Sam Mills I Maracay Homes Land Project Manager 7225 N. The amounts payable hereunder shall be the personal obligation of the persons who are the Owners of the Lots at the time that such amounts become due. The lien may be enforced by foreclosure of the Defaulting Party's Lot by any other Owner in like manner as a mortgage or deed of trust on real property. In any such foreclosure, the Defaulting Party shall be required to pay the costs and expenses of such proceedings, including reasonable attorney's fees. The lien created hereby on a Lot shall be superior to any homestead exemption now or hereafter provided by the laws of the State of Arizona or any exemption now or hereafter provided by the laws of the United States.
