This easement is subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. Grantee shall have the right to construct a drainage way on the above-described property,together with the right to construct and maintain improvements within the Property and to enter upon the Property for the purpose of maintaining the easements and its improvements located thereon. 2. Nothing herein contained shall be construed as granting title to the land belonging to the Grantor. 3. The Grantor may use the land area of the drainage easement for any purpose not inconsistent with the Grantee's purpose of said easement. The natural or existing contours of the easement, as constructed by Grantee in the purpose of the grant hereof, shall not be excavated, filled or altered without the prior approval of the Grantee. 4. If at any time hereafter the easement is abandoned by the Grantee, it shall revert to the Grantor or to the successors in interest of the Grantor,and all right,title,interest or claim existing by virtue and authority of this instrument shall be extinguished. 1. 5. All grants,covenants and conditions of this easement shall inure to the benefit of and ,e be binding upon on the successors-in-interest to the Grantee and Grantor. 6.
