ACCESS EASEMENT
The Town of Oro Valley ("Grantor") does hereby grant to Jesus Francisco and Deborah
Annette Bonillas, as owners of Parcel Number 219-49-006G ("Grantee") and to Chapalla
Partners, LLC, as owner of Parcel No. 219-49-006E ("Grantee"), a non exclusive
easement for the right of access, construction, installation, maintenance of private access
improvements, underground utility construction and maintenance, and appurtenances in,
over, and under and across the real property described on the attached legal description.
Grantor may use the Property for any purpose consistent with the terms of this easement.
SUBJECT TO: Access Easement to be maintained by Grantees jointly and severally in
perpetuity.

Section 35, Township 11 South, Range 13 East, Gila and Salt River Meridian,
Pima County, Arizona, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the West Quarter corner of said Section 35, as marked
by a
found G.L.O. Brass Capped Survey Monument; THENCE North 89° 43' 10" East,
(North 89°48'57" East record) along the South line of the Northwest Quarter of
said Section 35, a distance of 1318.87 feet (1319.77 feet record) to a found 1/2"
