(R)07-16 ARE RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF ORO VALLEY, ARIZONA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF DRAINAGE AND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS AS REQUIRED FOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE HIGHLANDS/WASH THE AT LAMBERT LANE. WHEREAS, the Town of Oro Valley wishes to construct drainage improvements to the Highlands Wash at Lambert Lane; and P WHEREAS, existing drainage easements are insufficient for the proposed work; and WHEREAS, the affected property owners are willing to grant the necessary easements to the Town of Oro Valley; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE MAYOR AND THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF ORO VALLEY, ARIZONA: 1. That the drainage and public utility easements granted in the attached document are accepted. 2. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the easements on behalf of the Town of Oro Valley. ("Grantor") does hereby convey to the Town of Oro Valley, a municipal corporation of the State of Arizona ("Grantee"), an easement for the construction and maintenance of public utilities over, under and across the property described on the attached Exhibit "A" (the "Property").
