Stantec Description of an Easement for Grading Canada del Oro Estates DESCRIPTION of an easement for grading, across portion of Lot 24 of Canada Del Oro Estates, Block 1, as recorded in Book 12 of Maps and Plats, Page 15 in the office of the Pima County Recorder, being located in Section 12, Township 12 South, Range 13 East, Gila and Salt River Meridian, Pima County, Arizona.
