GRANT OF SLOPE AND GRADING EASEMENT
For valuable consideration Tori and Kelly Robinson ("Grantor") hereby grants,
sells and conveys, declares and reserves to the Town of Oro Valley ("Grantee") as the
Owner of a parcel or property within the Town of Oro Valley, the following Easement,
for use by said Grantee:
An easement for entry upon, ingress, egress and placement and maintenance of a Slope
and Grading Easement across and through the property within the Town of Oro Valley,
as legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference.

Description of an Easement for Grading
Canada del Oro Estates
DESCRIPTION of an easement for grading, across portion of Lot 24 of Canada Del Oro
Estates, Block 1, as recorded in Book 12 of Maps and Plats, Page 15 in the office of the Pima
County Recorder, being located in Section 12, Township 12 South, Range 13 East, Gila and
Salt River Meridian, Pima County, Arizona. Said easement being more fully described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly Right-of-Way of a cul-de-sac on Avenida Vallejo, said
point also lying on the Northwest corner of said Lot 24;
Thence along the Northerly boundary lot line of said Lot 24, South 77°02'12" East, a distance
of 10.00 feet;
Thence departing said lot line, along a non-tangent curve to the right having a radius of 60.00
feet, through a central angle of 53°33'28", the chord of which bears South 39°44'32"West, a
distance of 54.07 feet, with a radial line in of North 77°02'12"West and a radial line out of
South 23°28'44" East, for an arc length of 56.09 feet to a point on the Southwesterly boundary
of said Lot 24;
Thence along said boundary, North 23°24'57"West, a distance of 10.00 feet to a point on said
Right-of-Way;
Thence following said Right-of-Way, along a non-tangent curve to the left.having a radius of
50.00 feet, through a central angle of 53°32'43", the chord of which bears
North 39°44'09" East, a distance of 45.05 feet, with a radial line in of North 23°29'29"West
and a radial line out of South 77°02'12" East for an arc length of 46.73 feet THE TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING;
