of Oro Valley("Grantee"), as the Owner of a parcel of property within Oro Valley Neighborhood
5, Parcel F, the following easement, for use by said Grantee:
An easement for entry upon and ingress, egress and placement of utilities across and through the
property within Oro Valley Neighborhood 5, Parcel F, as described in the attached legal
description hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

DESCRIPTION OF INGRESS-EGRESS, WATER,
ELECTRIC AND SEWER EASEMENT
That portion of Section 25, Township 11 South, Range 13 East, Gila
and Salt River Meridian, Pima County, Arizona, described as follows :
COMMENCING at the intersection of the centerline of Woodshade
Road with the centerline of Rancho Vistoso Boulevard as shown
on RANCHO VISTOSO PARCEL K & L, NEIGHBORHOOD 10, as recorded
in Book 46 of Maps and Plats at Page 25, Pima County Recorder ' s
Office, Pima County, Arizona;
THENCE on a plat bearing of North 57 degrees 50 minutes 53 seconds
East, along the Northeasterly projection of said centerline of
Woodshade Road, 148. 00 feet to a point on the northeasterly line
of the Exhibit "B" easement recorded in Docket 10285 at page 371
and POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE continue North 57 degrees 50 minutes 53 seconds East,
102.21 feet to a point on the westerlymost line of that parcel
of land recorded in Docket 12432 at page 4069 in said Pima
County Recorder's office;
THENCE South 32 degrees 09 minutes 07 seconds East, 43 . 69 feet
along said westerlymost line;
THENCE South 57 degrees 50 minutes 53 seconds West, 64. 17 feet;
THENCE South 12 degrees 50 minutes 53 seconds West, 43 . 89 feet
to a point on the northeasterly line of the Exhibit "A" parcel
