TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT Pima County Flood Control District,the Grantor,grants unto the Town of Oro Valley,the Grantee,over and upon the real property described on the attached Exhibit"A"(the"Property")an exclusive temporary easement to enter in and upon the Property of the Grantor for the purpose of construction of Pusch View Lane Extension. This easement is subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. Nothing herein contained shall be construed as granting title to the land belonging to the Grantor(s) or as vesting in the Grantee any right of entry to the Property after termination of this Easement. 2. Upon the Grantee's termination of this easement,the Grantee will restore the land of the Grantor(s) to its existing condition to the extent reasonable and practical. 3.
