ORO VALLEY("Grantee`), a perpetual right-of-way for ingress, egress and a perpetual water
right-of-way for the construction,maintenance PrP t r utility easement and
and operation of a water pipeline and appurtenances in, over, under,
and across the following described premises, situated in Pima County,Arizona, shown on the attached "A"
and made a part hereof by reference. Exhibit
Grantee may enter upon.the Property and may dig ditches and
install water utility lines and may enter the
Property at all reasonable times for the purpose of construction,-maintenance repair,
any water utility lines andappurtenances. � eP � service,replacement and.renac��,�n�r
Following any use of the Property,for the above purposes, Grantee will restore
the Property to a good and clean condition,and if the property is paved, to restore the pavement to a solar condition
as found before the pavement is cut.
This easement is subject to the following conditions:
(1) It is understood and agreed that the Grantor mayuse the saidright-of-way
and easement for any purposes
not inconsistent with actual use of said right-of-way and easement for theoses herein g
long as Grantee's use and access to thisright-of-wayP� granted,

(2) That all grants, covenants and provisions herein shall be bindingon and inure to the benefits
of the heirs,
successors, and-assigns of the parties hereto;

River Meridian, Pima County, Arizona, lying 1.100.0 feet on each side of the following described
line:
COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of said Section 32;
THENCE N 00°00"4,8"E,alone the West line of said Southwest Quarter.(SW 1/4),a
distance of 615.44 feet to the North fine of that Easement recorded in Docket 7787, Page 1320,
Pima County Recorder's Office;
