heirs,successors,and assigns of the parties hereto;
(3) The Grantee shall hold Grantor free and harmless of any and ail claims,liabilities or damagesassociated
with Grantors'use and
enjoyment of the easement and right-of-way,including but not limited to the
costs of repairing or maintaining any watermain located within said easement and right-of-way.

COMMENCING at the South Quarter(S 1/4) corner of said Section 36;
THENCE N 89°52'21" E, along the South line of said Southeast Quarter(SE 1/4) a
distance of 189.17 feet;
THENCE N 15047'24" E, 685.34 feet;
Easement 1
A strip of land 15.00 feet wide, lying 7.50 feet on each side of the following described line:
