PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT

Vistoso Golf Partners,L.L.C.,an Arizona Limited Liability Company, does hereby grant to all
Public and Private Utility Companies("Utility Companies')a permanent easement for alt Utility
Companies together with access for the installation,maintenance and improvements of
underground utilities, public water lines,private sewer lines and above ground or underground
appurtenances in,over,under and across the real property described on the attached Exhibit
"A"(the"Property).
All Utility Companies may enter on the Property and may dig ditches and install sewer,water
and utility lines and may enter the Property at all reasonable times for the purpose of
r-. construction,maintenance,repair,service,replacement and removing any sewer lines,water
lines or utility lines,manholes and appurtenances. Following any use of the Property for the
above purposes,Utility Companies will restore the Property to a good and clean condition,to
include replacing any improvements or landscaping materials or plants.
Grantors may use the Property for any purpose consistent with the actual use of this easement.
