Grantee may enter upon the Property and may dig ditches and install water utility lines and may enter the Property at all reasonable times for the purpose of construction, maintenance, repair, service, replacement and removing any water utility lines and appurtenances. Followingany use of the Property for the above purposes, Grantee will restore the Property to a good and clean condition,and if the property is paved,to restore the pavement to a similar condition as found before the pavement is cut. This easement is subject to the following conditions: (1) It is understood and agreed that the Grantor may use the said right-of-way and easement for any purposes not inconsistent with actual use of said right-of- way and easement for the purposes herein granted, so long as Grantee's use and access to this right-of-way and easement is not obstructed; (2) That allgrants,covenants and provisions herein shall be binding on and inure to the benefits of the heirs,successors,and assigns of the parties hereto; (3) That Grantee shall hold Grantor free and harmless of any and all claims, liabilities or damages associated with Grantors' use and enjoyment of the easement and right-of-way, including but riot limited to the costs of repairing or maintaining any water main located within said easement and right-of-way; 1 this �0� dayof 4�'i( .,19�(q .
