RE : Access to Lots 4 and 54,Canada Hills,Village 15
Dear Mr. Williams:
Joe Ostrihon referred me to you regarding the above. The Town of Oro Valley approved a change
of access on these two lots on August 6, 1997,but, at that time, I was unaware that additional
paperwork is required to accomplish the change legally.
Attached is a copy of a sample document abandoning and re-establishing a no access easement.
Please modify it to address your situation,one for each lot, and attach a drawing showing the
change in location of the easement. Driveway placement must be at least 20 feet from the corner, I
understand. Ms. Susan Russell of our Dept. of Public Works can give you guidance in that area.
She can be reached at 797-2442.
After the documents are prepared and signed,you may send them to Kathi Cuvelier,Town Clerk,
who will arrange to have them recorded. There may be a fee for recordation assessed by Pima
County. Upon recordation,the change in access will be official and the no access easement will,
henceforth,be on Palmetto Dunes, instead of Scioto, for these two lots.
If you have any questions,you may contact me,but,please do so prior to April 31'd as I am leaving
the employ of the Town of Oro Valley.
