Grantee may enter upon the Property and may dig ditches and install water utility lines and may enter the Property at all reasonable times for the purpose of construction, maintenance, repair, service, replacement and removing any water utility lines and appurtenances. Following any use of the Property for the above purposes, Grantee will restore the Property to a good and clean condition,and if the property is paved,to restore the pavement to a similar condition as found before the pavement is cut.
