Sombra Homes, Inc., an Arizona Corporation
,the GRANTORS do hereby convey an easement for water line installation and maintenance and ingress and egress
to:
The Town of Oro Valley Water Utility Co.
the GRANTEES
.the following described real property situated in Pima County, Arizona:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference, made a part hereof.

Pursuant to ARS 42-1614, EXEMPT from affidavit of property value, per A-2.
SUBJECT TO: Current taxes, assessments, reservations in patents and all easements, rights of way,
encumbrances, liens, covenants, conditions and restrictions as may appear of record.
And the Grantor(s) do(es) warrant the title against all persons whomsoever,subject to the matters above set forth.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF WATER LINE EASEMENT
An easement for Water line purposes over a portion of the Northeast Quarter of Section
10, Township 12 South, Range 13 East, Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, described
as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said Section 10, said point being the intersection
of the centerlines of Naranja Drive and La Canada Drive;
Thence South 89 degrees 57 minutes 20 seconds West, along the North line of said
Section 10, 75.00 feet to a point on the Westerly line of the Right-of Way of said La
Canada Drive;
Thence South 00 degrees 01 minutes 41 seconds East along said Westerly line, 647.10
feet to the Point of Beginning of the centerline of an Easement, 10 feet in width;
Thence South 89 degrees 58 minutes 19 seconds West, 10.00
feet to the Westerly terminus of said centerline.
