This temporary easement is subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. Nothing herein contained shall be construed as granting title to the land belonging to the Grantor or as vesting in the Grantee any right of entry to the property after termination of this Easement. 2. Upon the Grantee's termination of this easement, the Grantee will restore the land of the Grantor to its existing condition to the extent reasonable and practical. 3. This easement shall commence at the start of construction of La Canada Drive (Project No. STP-ORV-0(4)P). It is further understood and agreed that this easement is to expire and terminate thirty(30)days after completion of the above mentioned Project.
