TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
Harvard Investments Inc., the Grantor, for the consideration of ONE DOLLAR AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION,
grants unto the TOWN OF ORO VALLEY, an Arizona Municipal Corporation, the Grantee, over and upon the real property
described on the attached Exhibit "A" (the "Property") an exclusive temporary easement for use by the Grantee, its agents and
contractors under the Town's direction, to enter in and upon the property of the Grantor for the purpose of reconstruction and
widening of La Canada Drive from a point south of Lambert Lane to Naranja Drive (Project No. STP-ORV-0(4)P).
This temporary easement is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Nothing herein contained shall be construed as granting title to the land belonging to the Grantor or as vesting in the Grantee
any right of entry to the property after termination of this Easement.
2. Upon the Grantee's termination of this easement, the Grantee will restore the land of the Grantor to its existing condition
to the extent reasonable and practical.
3. This easement shall commence at the start of construction of La Canada Drive (Project No. STP-ORV-0(4)P). It is further
understood and agreed that this easement is to expire and terminate thirty(30)days after completion of the above mentioned
Project.

LA CANADA & LAMBERT (EAST)
That portion of BLOCK 2, EL CONQUISTADOR COUNTRY CLUB, as recorded in Book 33 of Maps
and Plats at Page 82, Pima County Recorder's Office, Pima County, Arizona, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of Section 11, Township 12 South, Range 13 East,
Pima County Recorder's Office, Pima County, Arizona;
THENCE N 00°00'40" W, along the West line of the Southwest One-Quarter (SW 1/4) of said
Section 11, a distance of 135.00 feet;
THENCE N 89°59'20" E, a distance of 75.00 feet to the Northerly corner of "Parcel 8" as
described in Docket 8555 at Page 578, Pima County Recorder's Office, Pima County, Arizona;
THENCE S 45°04'06" E, along the Northeasterly line of said "Parcel 8", a distance of 63.55 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING on a line 15.00 feet north of and parallel with the tangent portion of the
South line of said BLOCK 2;
THENCE continue S 45°04'06"E, alongsaid Northeasterlyline of"Parcel 8", a distance of 21.22
feet to the South line of said BLOCK 2;
THENCE N 89°56'20" E, along said South line of BLOCK 2, a distance of 42.11 feet;
THENCE N 00°03'40"W, a distance of 15.00 feet North of and parallel with said tangent portion
