South, Range 13 East, Gila and Salt River Meridian, Pima County, Arizona, said
portions being more particularly described as follows;
Easement "A"
Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 36;
Thence S 89°59'58" W, along the south line of said Southwest quarter, a distance
of 683.50 feet;
Thence N 0°00'02" W a distance of 50.00 feet to a point on the northerly right-of-
way line of Tangerine Road and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continue N 0°00'02" W a distance of 40.00 feet;
Thence S 89°59'58" W a distance of 250.00 feet;
Thence S 0°00'02" E a distance of 40.00 feet to a point on said northerly right-of-
way line;
