RESOLUTION NO. (1095-15
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF ORO VALLEY AUTHORIZING AND
APPROVING A RECREATIONAL EASEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF ORO
VALLEY AND SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 4 OF PIMA COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the Town of Oro Valley has obtained and is in control of
Dennis Weaver Park which abuts property of School District No. 4;
and
WHEREAS, School District No. 4 agrees to convey an easement for
recreational purposes to the Town of Oro Valley on the property
described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof;
and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF ORO VALLEY, ARIZONA:
1. That the recreational easement between the Town of Oro Valley
and School District No. 4 of Pima County granting an easement
for recreational purposes on the property described in the
attached Exhibit "A" is hereby accepted and approved.
2. That the Mayor of the Town of Oro Valley and other
administrative officials are hereby authorized to take such
steps as are necessary to effectuate the easement.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town
of Oro Valley, Arizona this 5th day of April, 1995.

RECREATIONAL EASEMENT
THIS EASEMENT, made this dayo f ,�r 1 19 9 5
by
and between School District No. 4 of Pima ounty, a political
subdivision of the State of Arizona, hereinafter known as the
Grantors, and the Town of Oro Valley, an Arizona municipal
corporation, hereinafter known as the Grantee.
Grantors, for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1. 00) and
other valuable consideration, hereby convey unto Grantee, its
successors and assigns, an easement for recreational purposes on
the property described on the attached Exhibit "A" (the
"Property") .
The grants, covenants and provisions herein shall be binding
on and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of
the parties hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument ha been duly signed and
