(Grantor) does hereby convey to the Town of Oro Valley, a body politic, (Town) a roadway maintenance easement over, under and across the property described as : that area contained within the "6 . 0' utility easement" across LOT 82,. OF LAMBERT LANE, LOTS 1 THROUGH 120 AND COMMON AREAS "A" & "B" , BOOK 41, PAGE 67 OF MAPS AND PLATS (the Property) . Town shall have the right to construct and maintain improvements within the Property and to enter upon the Property for the purpose of maintaining the easement and any of its improvements located thereon, or on adjacent Town owned lands . Grantor agrees that no buildings, structures, or other improvements shall be placed upon, over or under the Property without the prior written approval of the Town Engineer. All grants, covenants and conditions of this easement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the successors in interest to the Town and Grantor.
