Addendum To the Appeal of the "Zoning rights relative to State Land access from Honey Bee
Trail #180 (OV1602980)"
I agree with part of the zoning interpretation of "Zoning rights relative to State Land access
from Honey Bee Trail #180 (OV1602980) issued on April 17, 2017. The Intent of the Rancho
Vistoso Planned Development (PAD) zoning is to provide a non -motorized trail and passage
(entry and exit) to State Land. However, I disagree with the interpretation that the right is
reserved for "Rancho Vistoso Residents" only. The WAPA trail has been used by residents of
Rancho Vistoso, Oro Valley, Pima County and visitors to the region for over 10 years. Full access
to and from the State Trust Land on the WAPA Easement should remain open indefinitely for
ALL non -motorized traffic.
