Oro Valley Estates subdivision, as recorded in the office of the Pima
County Recorder in Book 13 of Maps and Plats, at page 60 thereof, more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of said Lot 9,
THENCE along a curve concave to the west having a radius of 45.00 feet
