UTILITY EASEMENT
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: Fidelity National Title Agency Inc., as Trustee
under Trust # 50009 and not in its corporate capacity
hereinafter called grantor, does by these
presents grant unto all public utility companies an easement for the purposes
of the installation and maintenance of underground utiliites. The location of
this utility easement shall be:
SEE EXHIBIT "A"
And the said grantor agrees that the said grantee may enter on the said
premises at all times for the purpose of access, installation and maintenance
of the utility.
In consideration of the mutual terms, covenants and conditions herein
contained shall be binding upon and inure to benefit of any heirs, executors,
administrators, permittees, licensees, agents, or assigns of Grantor and the
successors and assigns of the Grantee.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantor has hereunto set his hands
