RE: Landscape Bond Release, Desert Sky Subdivision OV12-04-28
Staff conducted an inspection of this landscape bond on May 7, 2013. Please release the
remaining 25% ($44,745.00) of the landscape bond for the above mentioned property.

requirements from Section 27 of the Oro Valley Zoning Code Revised (OVZCR).
OVZCR Sec. 27.6.K Maintenance

Maintenance shall consist of-
1. Regular watering until plants are fully established and capable of surviving
without irrigation;
2. Checking, adjusting, repair and replacement of irrigation equipment, with the
originally specified materials or their equivalents, as necessary to ensure water
efficiency;
3. Pruning, and fertilizing;
4. CIearing of debris and weeds;
5. Removal and replacement of dead plants within 45 days and with plant materials
of the same species and of similar size and quality;
6. Aerating and de -thatching turf areas;
7. Replenishing mulch; and,
8. Repair of architectural features.
After the landscape installation is complete, periodic on -site landscape inspections
may be performed by the Zoning Inspector to ensure proper maintenance.
