A PETITION EXERCISING OPTION
TO PURCHASE REAL ESTATE
WHEREAS, the Town of Oro Valleys through dulyauth
and approved action, did enter into that certain Lease

WHEREAS, said Lease With Option agreement, dated 22
November 1977, was thereafter extended by that certain Lease
Extension Agreement, dated 28 September 1978, bythe

WHEREAS, pursuant to said Lease Extension Agreement,
dated 28 September.1978, at Section 4, thereof, theTownValley has the option to of Oro

cash prior to 31 December 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF ORO VALLEY, ARIZONA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the Town of Oro Valley exercise the option
purchase as provided under Section 4 of that certain Lease to
Extension Agreement, dated 28 September 1978, by a ment of
sum of $ 50,900.00 P Y the
SECTION 2: That the Town attorney is directed to take all
necessary steps to complete the transfer of the title to the
property known as 680 West Calle Concordia, Tucson, Arizona,
into the name of the Town of Oro Valley, Arizona.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council
of the Town of Oro Valley, Arizona, March 22 , 1979.
