foa lowi ng:

�Summary
The property owners, Francine Trotter and Brandon Trubee, provi��d a
Po�r+�rPoint presentation on why they need a detached garage in the front
yard. The presentati�n covered the variance criteria and their reasons fior
approv�l.
fViI�TION: A motion was made by Member Roach to deny UV15�1314,
motian f�iled far �ack of second.
MOTICaN: A motion was made by V�ce Chair Dankworth ar�d seconded by
Member 8ohl to approve �V15Q 1314.
MOTION carried, 4-1 with Member Roach opposed.
3. UPDATE AND DISCUSSIC�N �tEGARDING THE LEGAL TERMS
"STANDING AI�D "AGGRIEVED" AND RECENT LE�'ISLATlVE
CHANGES PERTAINING T4 APPEALS C�F DEGISIC�NS.
Joe �r�drews, Chief Civil Deputy Attorney, reviewed the changes and
provided �larification regarding HB 2525.

Joe Andrews reviewed the definition of "Ex Parte", and stat�d the members
of the Board cannot speak with an appli�ant regarding the variance while
on site visits.
