Mer�ber Chen proposed a Fri�ndly Amendment, requesting the two front facades

excluding the rear or ather sides of the building.

Tom Tucker, owner, General Manager for the building, stated there ar� currently two
tenants at this loc�tion. However, the building was initial�y designed to accommoda#�
four ten�nts. �'herefore, th�re could be a n��d at a future date to accommodate
additionai tenants and #o therefore allow more illuminated signs.
The Friendly Amendment proposed by Member Chen was accepted by bo#h Member
Donley and Vice Chair W�ckaff.

Mr. �land stat�d the developer has opted into the Environmental�y Sensitive Lands
r�gulatians. The developer has worked hard to make sur�the �rea is kept open and
pl�nty of easements for access are mai��ained. This wiii be a gated area with openings
or access at two locations. Being an ESL area, the applicant to will not have to saivage

piants, provided they have enough of the conservation land, which this applicant is
doing. However, th� applicant does intend to participate in the save - a -- plant program.
