However, the building was initial�y designed to accommoda#� four ten�nts. �'herefore, th�re could be a n��d at a future date to accommodate additionai tenants and #o therefore allow more illuminated signs. Mr. �land stat�d the developer has opted into the Environmental�y Sensitive Lands r�gulatians. The developer has worked hard to make sur�the �rea is kept open and pl�nty of easements for access are mai��ained. This wiii be a gated area with openings or access at two locations.
