Greens Homeowners Association ("Grantor"), does hereby convey to The Town of Oro Valley
("Grantee") the real property situated in Pima County, Arizona, legally described on Exhibit A.
attached hereto and by reference incorporated herein. Grantor hereby agrees to transfer this
property to Grantee free from any property taxes, liens, assessments, mortgage interests, and/or
deeds of trust that encumber the Property and shall remain responsible to clear any such
encumbrance to Grantee's satisfaction. Otherwise, the Property is conveyed subject all other to-a4l
