CALL TO AUDIENCE - At this time, any member of the public is allowed to address the Water
Utility Commission on any issue not listed on today's agenda. Pursuant to the Arizona Open �
Meeting Law, individual Commissioners may ask Town staff to review the matter, ask that the
matter be placed on a future agenda, or respond to criticism made by speakers. However,
Water Utility Commission members may not���d�iscuss or take legal action on matters raised

ITEM #1 REVIEW OF THE.ORO VALLEY WATER UTILITY BUDGETS F�R FY 12-13 "
Discussion will include review of the approved� budgets for the Water Utility including the
Operating Fund, the Alternative Water Resources Development Impact Fee Fund, and the
Potable Water System Development Impact Fee Fund.
ITEM #2 DISCUSSION ON THE WATER RATES ANALYSIS FOR FY 12-13
Discussion may include assumptions, existing service fees and other items related to the water
rates analysis. . �
