CALL TO AUDIENCE - At this time, any member of the public is allowed to address the

Arizona Open Meeting Law, individual Commissioners may ask Town Staff to review the
matter, ask that the matter be placed on a future agenda, or respond to criticism made by
_ � speakers. However, the Water Utility Commission may not discuss or take legal action on
matters raised during "Call to Audience." In order to speak during "Call to Audience" please
specify what you wish to discuss when completing the blue speaker card.

Update and presentation from U.S. Geological Survey regarding an ongoing aquifer study. �
�Oro Valley Water Utility is a cooperator on this study under a Joint Funding Agreement with
U.S.G. S.
3. SERIES 2001 BOND DEFEASANCE �(Commissioner Tustison and S. Seng)
� Discussion and/or possible action regarding the proposed defeasance of the Series 2001
Bonds. These bonds along with other bonds in the General Fund are being considered for
defeasance to�reduce debt obligations. _
4. UPDATE ON NW Wi4TER PROVIDERS CAP WATER DELIVERY SYSTEM

Discussion and/or possible action on the proposed Central Arizona Project Delivery System
and recent discussions regarding proposed project planning, development ar�d reliability.
5. EXTENSION�OF INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF TUCSON

Discussion or possible action regarding a 5-year time extension of the Intergovernmental : �
Agreement with City of Tucson for Water Service in the Area of Oracle Road and Magee
and Hardy Roads.
